1/ Acknowledgement of Terms and Conditions of Sale :
When you make an order on the web site www.automates-boites-musique.com, ticking the box " I have read the Terms and Conditions of Sale and I accept them" means that you acknowledge the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
2/ Sale :
The sale contract begins once the client's check has been cashed or once the payment made by credit card or Paypal has been confirmed plus the order form attached. Our trade registration number at the Register of Business and Commerce: T.I.L. Productions SARL, capital stock 7622,45 € - RCS Paris B 407 484 112 – Intra-Community VAT number: FR 51407484112.
3/ Types of Delivery :
T.I.L. Productions is fully committed to deliver the items ordered in France within 2 to 4 days by « colissimo suivi » (2 days maximum for the order to be completed and sent plus 2 days for the delivery by mail) and within 1 to 3 days by Chronopost International (2 days maximum for the order to be completed, prepared and sent plus 1 day for the delivery by Chronopost International). For orders to other European countries the estimated delivery time can vary between 1 and 7 days, according to the service chosen, and for the rest of the world between 2 and 30 days, according to the mail service selected (in general 2-5 days by Chronopost International to any other delivery country). The items are sent by the French post (standard service « Colissimo suivi » with signature proof of delivery and insurance) or by the company Chronopost International for a quick delivery, according to the client's selection once he/she confirmed the purchase order. PLEASE NOTE: CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL does not offer Saturday delivery.
If the client wishes to receive the items very quickly, he/she has to note it down in the window « Comments » available in the order page or contact us by phone.
A delivery date and time will be provided (to French customers and
clients from the European Economic Community only) before the
confirmation of the sale contract and the payment. This delivery
estimates are calculated based on business days and disregarding
holidays, Saturdays and Sundays. If the items have not been received in
more than 7 days after the order has been dispatched, French and
European customers of ECC can request a cancellation of the order,
except in cases of force majeure, such as malfunctioning of the post of
the recipient's country (parcel loss, delivery failure, non-delivery
notification, strikes and so on) or because of a client's and/or
recipient's mistake (wrong or incomplete address mentioned on the order
form, non-collection of the parcel at the client's disposal, client's
absence).
In these cases, T.I.L. Productions commits itself in tracking these lost
parcels thanks to the carriers' system and resend them to the clients
(at the recipient's charge in case of his/her mistake). T.I.L.
Productions cannot be considered responsible if the item availability
has changed between the day of the update of the website pages and the
day when the client has placed his/her order or if several clients have
ordered the same items at the same time. For any concerns, please
contact us by phone or by email. Information, specific delivery time and
availability of our products are mentioned in our website.
In case of difficulties to receive an article from our providers, you
will be informed immediately by phone or email regarding any extra
delivery delay. Your order can be cancelled at no fees.
4/ Item Guarantee :
All our items are carefully checked before they are sent and have a 1-2 year guarantee, according to the manufacturer or the distributor of the item ordered. The guarantee lapses in case of improper use of the product.
5/ Prices :
Item prices in our website could be modified by manufacturers, a promotion or an offer. TIL Productions is not responsible for any typographical errors and reserves the right to cancel an order due to an obvious price error.
6/ Transportation :
The items are personally controlled by us, properly packed for
transportation and delivered by professional carriers. If the customer
desires the items to be delivered to different addresses, he/she should
place two separate orders with their specific addresses.
In case of receiving damaged or defective goods, please contact us and
then return the item/s received by a standard mail service and in the
original package. You also have to keep the original delivery form.
Please do not damage it and do not paste the new dispatch form on it. We
kindly ask you to protect it with a sheet of paper pasted or sellotaped
only on the four corners. Upon its arrival, the item/s will be verified
and a new one will be sent free of charge.
Complaints can be lodged to the professional carrier upon delivery.
He/she has to make a written note for record purposes. You do not have
to accept the parcel. If this procedure is not followed, we consider
that the item has been delivered in good condition and no further
complaints could be addressed to T.I.L. Productions or to the
professional carrier.
If the parcel has not been received within the delivery time provided by
the post or the company CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL mentioned at the point
3 (once you have received by email the confirmation that the order has
been sent), you have to contact your post (postmen do not systematically
leave a delivery notification in your post box and sometimes parcels
have to be collected at the post office with an identity document) or
contact us for the CHRONOPOST INTERNATIONAL service.
The amount of the delivery fees depends on the parcel weight and on the professional carrier.

7/ Taxes :
In the EU countries, the items are VAT included and subjected to the
French VAT as France is the country of origin of these items.
VAT is not applicable to non-French companies of the European Union
having an Intra-Community VAT number. These companies have to send us an
order form by fax or by mail on the company's headed-paper showing the
Intra-Community VAT number.
Items sold from Metropolitan France to French overseas administrative
departments and territories (DOM-TOM) are tax-free. Local VAT rate will
apply upon delivery.
Items sold to non-EU countries are not subjected to VAT. Any additional
tax established by the delivery country can apply and should be paid by
the client.
8/ Invoicing and parcel tracking :
Once the order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation by email. You can track your parcel in the « My account » section (down left on the main page of our website). You have to enter your login and your password mentioned on your order confirmation. Once you have received the confirmation that your parcel has been sent, you can print out your invoice from the same section.
9/ Exportation :
We cannot be informed about every country's legislation. Therefore clients do not have to order items forbidden in their country. Should this situation occur we could not be considered responsible for any item rejected by authorities.
10/ Return and refund policy :
Our clients from France and from the European Union can cancel their
order within 7 clear days after the delivery day without giving any
explanation and with no fees, except return shipping fees.
T.I.L Productions will verify the returned items and refund the client within 30 days.
The items should be returned in the original package so the company can
sell them immediately with no additional packaging fees. The item should
be undamaged and work perfectly. The return policy will not apply to
collectable items and to items manufactured for the customer or in small
quantity by craftsmen. This return policy does not apply to clients
working as retailers.
11/ Ownership :
If an item has been returned to our company by a professional carrier, the client has to contact us within 6 months to get it back. After this period, the item will be sold.
